# Present Continuous Tense
What is the Present Continuous Tense?
The Present Continuous Tense is used for actions happening right now or around this moment.

Formula
Positive
Subject + am/is/are + Verb-ing + Object
Example: She is reading a book.
Negative
Subject + am/is/are + not + Verb-ing
Example: They are not playing football.
Question
Am/Is/Are + Subject + Verb-ing?
Example: Are you watching TV?
When Do We Use It?
- ✅ Actions happening right now (e.g., I am writing.)
- ✅ Temporary situations (e.g., She is staying with her cousin.)
- ✅ Future plans (e.g., We are going to Dhaka tomorrow.)

Always use verb-ing after am/is/are.
Example: She is going (not She is go).
